Late Baliwada Kanta Rao (July 3, 1927 - May 6, 2000) was a well-known Telugu novelist.  He was born in a village called Madapam in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh.  Served in various cadres in the Indian Army.  Wrote up to 38 novels.  He has written over 400 stories, 5 plays and radio plays and has never compromised on standards at any stage.  His qualities of honesty, integrity, compassion, kindness, compassion, etc.
